"Customer service was above, and beyond. They were very actively in touch before placing my order, and answered all my questions promptly, and honestly(for example, being honest about a large markup on the wine, who the winery were, the brand of chocolates, etc). I will definitely use them again. HOWEVER, the flowers do lose a star, because this is not what is shown on the website. Obviously the flowers are fresh, and subject to whatever that entails, but the photo shows a lovely bouquet with little white flowers(look like small daisies maybe), and what arrived was a simple bouquet of 12 roses, no little white daisies, not even baby's breath, or some other typical "trimmings". Not enough to lodge a complaint, but enough for me to be a little disappointed that it's not even close to what was represented. All in all, I will use this service again to send flowers to my love, but it's definitely deceptive of them to show such a nice arrangement on the order page, then turning around to send out something that for intents and purposes had no arrangement at all. "
